 Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
 Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  benthopelagic; pH range: 5.5, non-migratory
 Distribution:  Africa: Upper Ogowe and upper Louesse drainage systems in southern Congo.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Occurs in brooks and small streams in the rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
 IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
